FounderSydney is a licensed and board certified Occupational Therapist who has been working in pediatrics for over 9 years. She has worked with children of all ages and has experience in the outpatient setting, early intervention, and schools. She got her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then she has dedicated her career to help children of all ages maximize their potential. She is experienced in providing Sensory Integration based therapy.
Sydney practices neuro-affirming therapy and holds her Basic Certification in the DIR/Floortime approach.

Ellie is originally from Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. After graduation, she began her career as a travel therapist, working in skilled nursing facilities in Raleigh, NC, and later serving as a school-based OT in Hawaii for 2.5 years, where she met her fiancé. Ellie is passionate about supporting children’s growth and learning through child-centered, play-based therapy within a neurodiversity-affirming model. In her free time, Ellie enjoys being outdoors (hiking and swimming), along with reading, traveling, spending time at the gym, and making memories with family and friends.

Andrea is a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant, originally from Gilbert, AZ. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2021 and then went on to pursue her certification at Pima Medical Institute. Her journey in Occupational Therapy has been deeply fulfilling, and she has developed a true passion for helping children unlock their full potential. She enjoys being creative in her interventions, always making sure to stay child-led and focused on what motivates and excites each child, while working closely with families and guardians to ensure a holistic approach that benefits the child’s growth and development. Outside of work, she loves staying active and embracing life through yoga, travel, and good food!

Taylor is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves helping children build confidence and independence through fun, play-based therapy. She completed her OTA education at Brookline College here in Tucson, AZ. She has hands-on experience in outpatient pediatric and rehabilitation settings. Taylor enjoys keeping sessions child-led, creative, and family-centered to support growth across all settings. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys staying active with cycling and yoga, and loves getting lost in a good book.

Ashlyn is a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children develop meaningful communication skills. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon with a minor in psychology. In 2023, she received her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Idaho State University and currently holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Ashlyn values collaboration with families and team members to provide individualized care. She utilizes a child-centered approach that builds on each child’s unique strengths and interests. Her clinical interests include augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), speech sound disorders, and language development. Outside of work, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring Tucson, and relaxing with her two cats, Merlin and Cleopatra.

Rachel is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant who loves helping children discover their voices and build confidence in communication. Originally from Chicago, she has lived in Tucson since earning her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arizona in 2013. Rachel has many years of experience working with children in educational settings, which she brings into her therapy sessions to create engaging learning environments. She earned her SLPA certification through Northern Arizona University and has experience supporting children with a wide range of communication needs in therapeutic settings. Rachel uses a neurodiversity-affirming, play-based approach and enjoys collaborating with families and team members to provide individualized, meaningful therapy for each child. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, traveling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

Allison earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2021. She brings a diverse background working with children of all ages across education, home, community, and travel settings. She believes in a whole-person, strengths-based approach to therapy that supports children in accessing and participating in the activities that make life meaningful, from everyday routines and play to hobbies, relationships, and community participation. Outside of work, she loves traveling, creating art, spending time in nature, gardening, and exploring new coffee shops.

Danielle, is a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) who earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Music Therapy from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2018.Ms. Dani’s practice is child-centered, neurodiversity-affirming: She is committed to fostering growth through joyful connection and embracing musical play! Outside of her work, Danielle loves spending time with her husband and their three dogs. She also enjoys crafting, aerial yoga, and leaving a trail of glitter wherever she goes!
