Social Superstars

Social Superstars is a welcoming and affirming therapy group for neurodivergent children who want to build confidence and connection in social interactions. Led by a licensed SLP, this group focuses on supporting authentic communication, perspective-taking, problem-solving, and navigating social dynamics — all while honoring each child’s unique communication style. Through engaging games, collaborative activities, and group discussions, children will have opportunities to connect with peers, practice self-advocacy, and strengthen communication skills in a safe and accepting environment.

Ready to Regulate

Ready to Regulate is designed to help children develop emotional regulation skills by improving their awareness of body signals (interoception) and learning strategies for self-regulation. Through engaging movement activities, sensory exploration, and interactive games, children will build a stronger connection between their emotions and physical sensations. Each session will focus on recognizing body cues, understanding how they relate to emotions, and practicing regulation strategies in a supportive and fun environment.

Brain Builders

Brain Builders is designed for children ages 10–13 to explore and build executive functioning skills in a supportive, affirming environment. Through engaging, hands-on activities, participants will work on real-life skills such as planning, organization, flexible thinking, task initiation, and emotional regulation. The group emphasizes understanding how each child’s brain works, while introducing practical strategies, accommodations, and tools that can be used at home, school, and in the community. Our goal is to support each child in developing confidence, independence, and a personalized “toolbox” of strategies that work for them.

Move and Groove

This music and movement group is designed to support children in building motor planning, balance, and coordination skills through engaging rhythm- and dance-based activities. Using music as a motivating and regulating tool, participants will explore a variety of movements including jumping, sequencing dance steps, following rhythmic patterns, and coordinating whole-body movements. The group focuses on helping each child move in ways that feel comfortable and successful for their body, while introducing supportive strategies and adaptations. Children will build confidence, body awareness, and coordination in a fun, socially engaging environment.

Little Singers

Little singers is for children ages 18 months to 2 years, 11 months with expressive language delays, designed to support early communication through play, music, and movement. Using songs, fingerplays, instruments, and interactive routines, children are supported in developing expressive communication skills such as vocalizing, imitating sounds and words, using gestures or signs, making choices, and engaging in turn-taking, all within a predictable and engaging musical structure. Sessions are play-based, while also supporting joint attention, social connection, and shared enjoyment.

Rhythm and Regulation

Rhythm and Regulation is a music-based therapy group for preschool-aged children (approximately 3–5 years old) with an Autism diagnosis, designed to support regulation, communication, social skills, and attention through structured, engaging musical experiences. Using rhythm, movement, songs, and instrument play, children are supported in building self-regulation, participating in shared activities, following routines, communicating wants and needs, and engaging with peers, all within a predictable and supportive musical framework.

6-week sessions: $345/session (before April 24th) or $360/session after April 24th
Private Pay/ESA only (no insurance) however HSA/FSA cards accepted.
10% discount given for siblings or for signing up for multiple groups
Sessions will run weekly for 6 weeks this summer. Starting the week of June 8th and ending the week of July 13th.
Each group will be run by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist (or Occupational Therapy Assistant), or Board-Certified Music Therapist.
There is a capacity of 3-4 children per group.

Children will have opportunities to practice engaging with peers, following group expectations, and navigating transitions with support from therapists. The group is neurodiversity-affirming and emphasizes individualized strategies, accommodations, and co-regulation to help each child participate in ways that feel safe and successful. Our goal is to build confidence, independence, and readiness for the kindergarten classroom.

Kinder Readiness Group

Each session follows a predictable structure and includes circle time with social-emotional learning, tabletop crafts and activities, snack time, and guided free play. Children will have opportunities to practice engaging with peers, following group expectations, and navigating transitions with support from therapists. The group is neurodiversity-affirming and emphasizes individualized strategies, accommodations, and co-regulation to help each child participate in ways that feel safe and successful. Our goal is to build confidence, independence, and readiness for the kindergarten classroom.

6 week summer session: $550 before April 24th, $600 after April 24th
Private Pay/ESA only (no insurance) however HSA/FSA cards accepted.
Sessions will run for 6 weeks from June 8th to July 13th on Mondays from 9-10:30am.
The group is led by both a ST and OT provider in order to work on social, fine motor, and communication skills.
There will be a limit of 6 children in this group.
